Vanuit Lissabon: Dagtocht Sintra en Paleis van Pena

De gids Daniela heeft veel kennis en geeft alle informatie op een rustige en geruststellende manier door. Ze is altijd attent en respecteert ieders bijzonderheden. Ze geeft om ieders welzijn, of het nu kinderen of ouderen zijn. De tour was uitzonderlijk, de schoonheid van de natuur en de gebouwen, maar het was de gids Daniela die het verschil maakte. Opmerking 10 voor deze gids.

Super behulpzaam personeel. Ik kon de taal per gids veranderen aan het einde. Een perfecte trip om de westkust van Lissabon te ontdekken. De plaatsen om te bezoeken zijn prachtig. Een echte aanrader!

We loved all the stops on the way!!! Sintra was a must see and the castle was beautiful but very busy. Our tour guide was friendly informative and kind!!

I booked through the pena palace website as headout is your trusted partner. According to the website I booked a guided tour to pena palace, cascais and cabo da roca. We arrived at the palace only in the afternoon and before entering the palace the guide informed us that this was not a guided tour as we were not provided with audioguides. Also he said that the palace only allows guided tours to groups up to 25 people and obviously the company booked 27 people for the specific day. Even though we tried to find a solution with him (who was very accommodating and polite to be honest) to my utmost disgust he informed us that the company's policy is not to provide guided tours and for the participants to be informed last minute. To me, this is a true scam and in your place I would reassess your trusted partner. Overall, it was not worth the money, the tour felt rushed and even though the kind guide tried to help us and share as much information as possible, in the end 27 people we felt completely taken for fouls and that we have fallen in a tourist trap. Extremely disappointing to have had this experience in portugal.

Op de aankooppagina van het ticket stond dat er toegang tot Quinta da Regaleira zou zijn (hoewel ik na aankoop niet merkte dat deze informatie op het ticket zelf ontbrak), maar de tour was er niet bij inbegrepen. Ik kon geen contact opnemen met de klantenservice, maar ik heb afdrukken om dit te bewijzen.
