Rondvaart in Cairns

Het ticketproces was gemakkelijk en ongecompliceerd. De dag was een goede verrassing! Het personeel, de biologen, elk personeelslid was goed en respectvol! Joelle was geweldig! Het eten was heerlijk, wat een goed buffet voor zo'n goede prijs, de salades uitstekend!!! We hebben genoten van onze dag op Groenland Eiland. Bedankt Head out!

I only gave a Good rating because the Big Cat Green Island tour itself was good. The details of the tour on Headout's website were incorrect. The end of the trip was two hours after what was advertised on the site. I had selected to go snorkeling but, on the day, was told I was booked on the semi submarine and glass bottom boat. Two other parties from my group booked through Headout and we all ended up being booked on different things. It didn't make sense. Not only that but my sister's family booked the same tour through Headout days before I did but never received tickets. When she enquired with Headout about the booking, Headout had not yet submitted the necessary paperwork with the tour operator. Headout submitted the paperwork late and then ended up canceling my sister's booking by email. No call. I don't recommend booking through this site.

Geweldige ervaring Boot was schoon, comfortabel en snel Op de boeg kunnen staan en de wind in mijn haren en het ononderbroken uitzicht op de zee en de eilanden ervaren was geweldig. Green Island is prachtig en ontspannend. Niet te veel mensen Glazen bodem boot was een geweldige ervaring en om het rif en de vissen te zien was geweldig inspirerend

Alles was geweldig. Bemanning was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben genoten van het commentaar op de rondleiding op de boot met glazen bodem en in het krokodillenmuseum.

Did the snorkeling tour and absolutely loved it! I love exploring marine life and this was the perfect getaway. Would recommend taking a sunscreen for sure though

We hadden de mazzel dat de omstandigheden perfect waren. Het snorkelen was echt fantastisch. Daarnaast was er voldoende equipment en de begeleiders waren super!

Booked as a couple. Whale spotting was lucky! Snorkeling was fun, but the water was colder than I thought (they gave us wetsuits tho). Lunch was fine, nothing special. Crew made us laugh. Worth the price.

Fun for the whole family! My kids made friends, and I chatted with other parents. Crew was great with kids and adults. Snorkeling was easy even for newbies. Whitehaven beach is worth the hype. Take a waterproof bag for your phone.
