Had a snow bullet pass And i took first the mountain thriller however we need to take a chairlift again to get up to the spot This time i went for snow bullet and the entry was denied syaingni have used The staff had to manually get me in I waited 40 minutes near zipline to get my turn Had that guy not taken me in id not be able to expereince

First of all, bravo Headout, no waiting at the entrance! Incredible to find yourself at -2 degrees, the telesiege, the zip line really top a good time!

I booked the plus and chose the penguin show, but I was told when I reached there that it was not available. I could not select the zip line either because I had my child with me. So I ended up paying for plus with the classic benefits.

Escape Dubai's scorching heat and enjoy a cold winter day at Ski Dubai Snow Plus! The world's largest indoor snow park has 3,000 square meters of snow and plenty of action-packed adventure. Use your pass to go tobogganing, or slide down a twin-track bobsled. You get unlimited access to rides so you will have plenty to do throughout the day! The Snow Plus Pass lets you choose one of 2 super-fun activities: 2 hours on the slope (skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope) OR 2 rides of the Snow Bullet (zipline). With the Snow Premium Pass, you can choose either a day pass for the slope OR, for beginners, a 1-hour ski and snowboard lesson with expert instructors.

Don't stress about the winter clothing, either - your ticket includes all the necessary winter gear and you'll even get to keep the gloves and socks!

Customize your Snow Plus Pass with one of the following activities that you can choose once you arrive at the venue:

Slope Session Pass

If you're feeling particularly brave, try your hand at some winter sports action with this 2-hour Slope Pass on the Ski Dubai Slope!

Snow Bullet Ride

Perfect for thrill-seekers, the Snow Bullet Ride is the world's first indoor, sub-zero Zip Line. At a height of 16 meters above the skiers and slopes and a length of 150 meters, this is sure to get your heart racing and the adrenaline pumping. Strap in for the ride of a lifetime!

Should you upgrade to the Snow Premium Pass, you can choose one of the following activities at the venue:

Slope Day Pass

If you're an expert skier or snowboarder and want to spend a whole day of fun just on the slopes, this pass gives you unlimited access to the slopes for a day.

Ski and Snowboarding Discovery Lesson

If it's your first time on the snow and you want to give skiing or snowboarding a shot, this 1-hour lesson will introduce you to the fundamentals.

Know before you go

What's not allowed

For safety reasons, children below the age of 2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.
Phones and cameras are not allowed into the penguin encounter area.

Accessibility

Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.
Skiers/snowboarders under Intermediate Level 2 won't be allowed on the slopes.

Additional information

For slope sessions, skiers/snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2. Otherwise, access to the slope else won't be allowed.
Winter gear provided: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.
Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.
An adult should accompany children under 14 years old.
Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather.
