Fataal, de instructies op de app zeiden dat je naar een plek moest gaan om de kaartjes in te wisselen. We gingen erheen en het was een park waar niets te vragen was. Ik typte in de chat en ik kreeg steeds fouten. Ik belde de Spaanse lijn en ze antwoordden alleen in het Engels. Ik schreef een e-mail en ze vertelden me dat ik ze nergens hoefde in te wisselen, maar gewoon de qr-code moest scannen die verscheen, terwijl er op geen enkel moment zoiets stond. Omdat ik ze niet kon inwisselen, vroeg ik ze om te wisselen naar een andere dag en dat weigerden ze. En ze gaven me ook mijn geld niet terug. 10€ was weggegooid voor het verkeerd uitleggen van het inwisselproces.
