Die Führung war sehr informativ und das Schloss Wawel, die Krypta und die Kapelle waren sehr beeindruckend. Die Reiseleiterin ist alle Fragen der Teilnehmer gut eingegangen und die Zeit verging viel zu schnell.

De hele boekingservaring verliep 100% soepel, ook al was het mijn eerste boeking bij Headout. Ik zou deze applicatie zeker aanraden als model voor online reisdiensten. De informatie was altijd waar ik het nodig had zonder dat ik te veel hoefde na te denken over waar ik wanneer moest zijn en net toen er ook maar de kleinste mogelijkheid was dat ik te laat zou zijn, ging de telefoon (ik was niet te laat; ik was alleen ook niet te vroeg) en kreeg ik een vraag of ik onderweg was. De gids zelf was scherpzinnig, ongelooflijk goed geïnformeerd, gepassioneerd over zijn onderwerp en een expert in het leiden van buitenlanders door de wonderen van de Wawel.
