We loved being able to see all the animals and the detailed commentary on the animals whilst on the bus through the park. Absolutely amazing watching the African wild dogs go searching for their food. Fantastic family adventure!

It was a great day! Loved the truck ride through the zoo, very interesting and informative. All the rangers were happy, pleasant and very helpful. Food a little expensive but great families could bring their own. A lovely day out!

Access to enter the zoo would be easier if your tickets were bar codes. Don't know if that's possible or not. Also you do not offer concession rates in your ticket prices

My husband and I took our 11 year old granddaughter. We take her each year and really look forward to it. The animals and staff are wonderful but we also appreciate the cleanliness of all the facilities, especially in this time of covid. We had a great day and will be back next year. My only suggestion would be for more places for the elderly to sit abd rest on the various trails.

loved the animals as per always, bird section must have had something going on or i didn't get there in time to see them. Also forgot to ask if the Wedgies(wedge tail eagle) come and mess with the animals, just interested. Thought popped into my head randomly. The team did a great job managing all the people. Keeping everyone informed and not backing down (in a nice way) when people are sassy. Keep up the great work. Stay safe, wear sunscreen and drink lots of water :) - xx Ash
