The 90-minute waterbike guided tour includes picturesque views of the Botanical Gardens and the residence of the governor of Victoria, Government House. Turn under the Swan Street Bridge to pass the Rod Laver Arena – the second largest indoor arena in Australia and the Melbourne Cricket Ground – the biggest cricket stadium in the world. You then ride along Birrarung Marr, a picturesque park nestled between the central business district and the Yarra River.
Pedal through Melbourne's Iconic Landmarks
Continue downriver, passing by the Princes Bridge, one of the oldest river crossings in Melbourne, before reaching the heart of the city. As you ride, see Flinders Street Station – Australia's first steam rail station with the towering Rialto building in the background. Pedal by the Webb Bridge modeled on a traditional Koorie fishing trap used to catch eels and pass by the Polly Woodside Tallship.
As your guide points out landmarks and regales you with their histories, continue upstream to see the Crown Casino and the lively South Bank precinct, with the Eureka Tower soaring above the skyline.
