Min opprinnelige kjøpte kupong for 3 personer tur / retur til München by ble skannet av sjåføren som sa at den ikke var gyldig! Det sa til og med gyldig til mars 2027. Jeg måtte kjøpe en ny 3-personers tur-retur-kupong på nytt !!! Jeg vil gjerne ha refusjon for min opprinnelige tur-retur-kupong som var god, men lest som ugyldig. På grunn av en brann på S1-linjen kjøpte jeg 2 x Lufthansa Express-billetter i München på mobilen min mens jeg sto i kø for bussen, og da jeg kom til bussdøren, nektet sjåføren å slippe oss på, og sa at bussen var full, når den tydeligvis ikke var det og lukket dørene. Torsdag 10. april ca. kl. 8.45 Skammelig oppførsel fra sjåføren, og uten noen forklaring. Vi måtte ta en taxi til en pris av € 105 eller gå glipp av flyet vårt
