When entering the palace through the Lion’s Gate don't miss the Gothic tile depicting a crowned lion with a cross in hand. Your guide will narrate to your the complex yet fascinating history of the palace and how it changed hands from the Nasrids to the Christians. According to the Alcázar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

Keep in mind that trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition, and prohibited substances are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!

Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any type of commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.

It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, or works of art.

Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Re-entry is not possible.
