Alhambra er fantastisk. Det er absolutt verdt å stå opp tidlig for å komme inn kl. 08.30 før omvisningsgruppene ankommer. Vi brukte nesten fire timer på å beundre palassene og de store hagene. Advarsel: Det er mange trapper å gå opp hvis du vil se den fantastiske utsikten. Snøen på Sierra Nevada utgjorde et spektakulært bakteppe. Jeg var ikke klar over at audioguiden var i digitalt format i stedet for (gammeldagse) hodetelefoner.

Det var en uforglemmelig opplevelse. Vi var imidlertid ikke klar over at tiden vi hadde bestilt gjaldt adgang til Nasrid-palassene. Vi hadde litt problemer med adgangskontrollen, men fikk lov til å komme inn likevel.Miklos

Veldig bra organisering, stedet spektakulært. Jeg anbefaler et besøk på det varmeste. Det er også praktisk å reise fra Malaga til Granada med buss.

Om morgenen virker systemet kaotisk. Jeg ventet på holdeplass nr. 9 fra kl. 10.15 til 10.50 før et tog dukket opp, ikke den forventede frekvensen på 20 til 30 minutter som var annonsert. Og så brukte toget 15 minutter på holdeplass nr. 9 mens sjåføren behandlet alle billettene til en lang kø av ventende mennesker. Så ved neste stopp har folk der ventet enda lenger, og slik blir det verre! Man trenger flere tog tidligere på dagen, mens alle ønsker å være i bevegelse. Lydopptaket har for mye musikk og for lite innhold. Det er en kort kommentar mellom stoppene om en bygning, og det er stort sett alt, og så musikk. Mer informasjon hadde vært kjærkomment!

Alhambra
An ancient palace, fortress and citadel, the Alhambra is an eighth-century-old site that is one of the few surviving remnants of the Nasrid Dynasty, the last Islamic Kingdom in Western Europe. Gain priority access with this ticket and marvel at the Lion Fountain, hailed as a masterpiece of Islamic art. Twelve exquisitely sculpted marble lions encircle it, each symbolizing strength and power.
Keep going until you reach Alcazaba, Alhambra's oldest and military zone, and explore the remarkable Torres Bermejas. Don't forget to snap a photo from the pinnacle of the Torre de la Vela, offering the finest vistas of the Albaicín neighborhood. Visit the heart of the Alhambra, the Nasrid Palaces, where you can discover it's courtyards like the Court of the Myrtles and Court of the Lions and the Hall of Ambassadors with its stunning wooden ceiling.
