Hele opplevelsen var veldig godt planlagt og gjennomført, vi fikk akkurat det vi ønsket og enda mer! Maria var en flott guide, veldig søt, med stor kunnskap om Meteorene og deres historie. Det var en god balanse mellom den guidede turen og når vi ble overlatt til oss selv for å utforske på egen hånd. Lunsjen var flott, med noen få alternativer å velge mellom. Alt var vakkert, vil råde alle vennene mine til å bli med på denne turen hvis de reiser til Athen :)

You will even be given time to step inside 3 of them, where you can admire their stunning architecture and interiors. Think hidden gems and the tour will take you through ancient hermit caves, Chapel of Doupiani, and St. George Mandilas cave. Learn why the hermits settled in the magnificent caves 1000s of years ago and the monks' significance on the region's culture. There will be multiple stops for photo shoots too!

Greek lunch ahead

There's more to this tour! Located at the foothills of Meteora, explore the charming town of Kalambaka. Here, savor a meal at a local restaurant including a fresh salad, your choice of main dish, freshly baked bread, and water. After exploring the town, hop back onto your bus and return to Athens.

7:45am: Depart from designated meeting point opposite the Central Railway Station of Athens (Stathmos Larisis)

By noon: Arrive at Meteora
