Aktiviteten ble avlyst akkurat da vi begynte, så vi fikk ikke gjort aktiviteten. Det ødela dagen da vi hadde 3 opprørte barn som virkelig gledet seg til ehephabt-opplevelsen, dette skulle være en minneverdig avslutning på ferien vår på Bali som ble minneverdig av feil grunner. Jeg har ennå ikke hørt tilbake om å bli refundert

Well organised, professional staff, didn't feel rushed at any time, the animals looked relaxed and didn't seem forced to do anything at anytime against their wishes

- Here's a list of things to bring along: sunscreen, a change of clothes, swimwear, comfortable walking shoes, a camera, and sandals.
Accessibility
- The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Elephant mud fun experience is not though.

Children under 120cm are not allowed in the fun mud area.

There is no babysitting service available. Children will be left alone in the restaurant during the elephant mud activity.

Kindly wait at your hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before your pick up time and display your voucher along with a valid photo ID to your tour driver before departure

Your pick up time will be reconfirmed in advance. As this will be a shared transfer, please be patient in case of any unforeseen delays along the pick-up route
