Da jeg gikk inn i bussen, var sjåføren veldig uhøflig og sa at billetten min på telefonen min ikke var god nok, og jeg fikk beskjed om at jeg ikke kunne gå på, noe jeg bare gikk på ettersom jeg hadde billetter, Så spurte jeg hvilket stopp Var Cyclone Tracy-museet som han fortalte meg feil stopp og å gå tilbake til riktig stopp, det ville ha tatt for lang tid, og jeg ville ikke hatt nok tid til å se det og komme tilbake til cruiseskipet. Også da jeg bestilte billetten til hoho-bussen, ble jeg fortalt at det bare var billett igjen at vi måtte kjøpe Crocoseum som jeg egentlig ikke var interessert i, men kjøpte 3 billetter slik at vi hadde billetter til bussen. Men da vi kom på bussen kjøpte alle en $ 24.00-billett for bussen for dagen som jeg betalte $ 79.00 hver som jeg synes var veldig over toppen. Kanskje sørg for at bussjåførene er klar over hva som er på hvert stopp, slik at når de blir spurt, kan de gi personen riktig informasjon. Sjåførene var også uhøflige mot passasjerene og sa at jeg er full, du kan ikke komme deg på og fortelle de som kom på hvis det ikke var noen seter å gå av eller betale en bot.

Presentasjonen av billettene på appen så ut til å forvirre personalet. De fant til slutt bookingen, men var veldig usikre i begynnelsen. Verken turen med hop on hop off-bussen eller opplevelsen i Crocosaurus Cove var særlig minneverdig.
