God morgen, da jeg bestilte kortet ba jeg om informasjon om hva som var inkludert, rutetider, og de ga meg "lang vind" og fortalte meg at jeg ville få informasjonen når jeg ankom Roma. Jeg insisterte flere ganger og trodde det var en svindel og at de ikke visste hva som var inkludert i billetten. Da jeg så at jeg ikke kom til å få mer informasjon og at det var en svindel, ba jeg om å få refundert beløpet jeg hadde betalt akkurat da (på nettsiden sto det at beløpet ville bli refundert innen 2-7 dager. De svarte at de ikke ville refundere det. Jeg har anmeldt forholdet til politiet.
