Guiden "Tudor" var fantastisk og hadde så mye kunnskap om alle severdighetene vi besøkte. Vi hadde også et problem med hop-on-tjenesten på hotellet som vi ikke kunne løse med chatboten. Vi ringte supporten og klarte å løse problemet innen 2 minutter og ble til og med hentet fra et hotell som ikke var på listen, men som var på vei. Fantastisk service!
