Til den det måtte angå, Jeg skriver for å uttrykke min misnøye med en hendelse som inntraff hos dere den [13. april 2025], og som hadde en betydelig innvirkning på min families opplevelse. Som forelder til et barn med autismediagnose ønsker jeg å uttrykke bekymring for oppførselen til en av de ansatte og mangelen på sensitivitet som ble utvist under vårt besøk. Før vi ankom, kjøpte vi e-billetter på nettet. Da vi kom inn i lokalene, var vi usikre på hvor vi skulle gå for å kjøpe forhåndsbestilte billetter, og vi stilte oss derfor respektfullt i kø ved billettskranken. En ansatt (en kvinne som var stasjonert ved porten) var i ferd med å hjelpe en annen kunde. For å unngå forstyrrelser ventet vi tålmodig i over 10 minutter til hun var ferdig med interaksjonen. I løpet av denne tiden nærmet sønnen min seg porten, vel vitende om at vi allerede hadde sikret oss billetter og ivrig etter å komme inn. Den ansatte, som hadde vært høflig mot tidligere gjester, hevet brått stemmen og ba ham om å "gå vekk fra porten". Selv om sønnen min umiddelbart gjorde som hun sa ved å gå unna, fortsatte hun å rope aggressivt til ham og forlangte at han skulle flytte seg enda lenger unna. Tonen og oppførselen hennes var unødvendig fiendtlig og svært belastende, særlig med tanke på min sønns tilstand, som kan gjøre brå konfrontasjoner overveldende. Det som gjorde meg ytterligere urolig, var den skarpe kontrasten i oppførselen hennes mot oss sammenlignet med andre besøkende. Hennes avvisende og aggressive holdning virket diskriminerende, og jeg oppfattet undertoner av rasefordommer i oppførselen hennes. Guests must at all times be respectful of the privacy and amenity of the residents of the Q1 Building. Making loud noises, such as yelling or screaming is not allowed.

Entry to SkyPoint on Friday and Saturday nights after 8pm is allowed only to guests over 18 years due to the Club theme.

Guide, hearing, and assistance dogs are welcome in the park. Service animals are allowed in most locations throughout the park with the exception of some restricted wildlife and ride areas. Please ensure that dogs wear their working vest identifying their role.

WhiteWater World is open during warmer seasons, closing on ANZAC and Christmas Day, with hours from Oct 14–Dec 13 (Fri 10:30 am–5:00 pm, Sat-Sun 10:00 am–5:00 pm) and Dec 14–Jan 30 (daily 10:00 am–5:00 pm).
