Ingenting!!! Vi hadde fått bekreftet at vi skulle bestige Brunelleschis kuppel, men fikk en e-post der vi ble avlyst og tilbudt en privat bestigning av Giottos klokketårn i stedet. Det ble tilbudt som en privat tur, men et annet par ble med oss som hadde nøyaktig samme problem som oss. Vi gjennomførte klatreturen og fikk beskjed om å følge opp med Headout for å få pengene tilbake. Turen vår kostet mindre enn klatringen i Duomo. Jeg mottok en e-post fra Ahmed Moawad fra Italypass dagen før klatringen vår og kansellerte den 'på grunn av uforutsette logistiske begrensninger (??). Jeg er helt forvirret over hvorfor jeg skulle få en e-post fra Italypass når jeg hadde bestilt turen med Headout! Stedet der vi skulle møte guiden vår (Lindt-butikken) var et rot av ingen som visste hva som skjedde eller hvem som skulle hvor! Jeg ville aldri bestille gjennom Headout igjen for noen turer hvor som helst !!!Andrew

It is mandatory for every guest to have an FFP2 mask for the entrance to any museum in Italy.

Without this mask, you will not be able to participate in the tour.
