Det viste seg å være ganske utfordrende å finne begge guidene. På turen til Eiffeltårnet gikk vi dessverre glipp av over 30 minutter fordi det var vanskelig å finne guiden. Men da vi først fikk kontakt med Chloe, var hun helt fantastisk - kunnskapsrik og engasjerende. Til tross for at vi kom 45 minutter for tidlig til palassomvisningen, klarte vi ikke å finne guiden. Vi søkte hjelp fra flere personer, inkludert guider fra andre selskaper, som nevnte at veibeskrivelsen til møtestedet var uklar. Til slutt gikk vi inn på egen hånd og kjøpte ekstra audioguider for å navigere oss rundt. Selv om vi satte pris på innholdet i omvisningene vi fikk være med på, påvirket mangelen på tydelige veibeskrivelser opplevelsen vår betydelig. We had an awesome guide who waited just a few extra minutes for us. We were late because we were at the meeting place at which Headout told us to be. Headout isn't Really your "trusted" ticket seller then.

The Seine River Sightseeing Cruise will give you a chance to take in Paris's most famous landmarks, including the Notre Dame Cathedral, Eiffel Tower, Conciergerie, Institut de France, Grand Palais, Musée d’Orsay, Hôtel de Vile, Cite de la Mode, Invalides, the Assemblee Nationale and the Place de la Concorde.

The guided tour is available only in English.

Please note that due to security reasons, queues can last between 15 to 45 minutes depending on the crowd.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a single voucher for both the attractions. You need to collect your tickets from the mentioned pickup location by showing this mobile voucher. The Eiffel Tower is the only timed experience of this combo and will require you to be there at the exact given time. The Seine cruise tickets are valid for the entire day and can be redeemed at your convenience.

Once you’re done enjoying the views on the 2nd level of the Eiffel Tower, you may take the elevators back down. Fair warning, these can have long queues. If you wish to bypass these long lines, we’d suggest you take the stairs down.

Your cruise is also inclusive of audio commentary, thus making this a holistic experience. The Seine Cruise tickets can be picked up from your host at the meeting point.

Please note if you choose to buy the Seine Cruise tickets (optional), the tickets will be provided by your guide after or during the Eiffel Tower tour, and not in your ticket email.

If you've opted for the night tour with a cruise ticket, then your tour begins with the Seine River cruise followed by a guided tour of the Eiffel Tower.
