Jeg bestilte på nettet og ønsket å betale med Pay PAL. Det kom en feilmelding om at transaksjonen ikke kunne fullføres. Så jeg prøvde igjen og betalte direkte med kredittkortet mitt. Det fungerte. Minutter senere hadde jeg 2 bestillingsbekreftelser og 4 billetter i stedet for 2. Jeg prøvde å beskrive problemet via chat. Det var vellykket. Svaret var imidlertid fantastisk. Den feilaktige dobbeltbookingen hadde blitt gjort mindre enn 72 timer før forestillingen startet, så showleverandøren ville ikke kansellere de overskytende billettene. Headout kunne ikke gjøre noe for meg. Jeg synes det er uutholdelig, fordi headup har bookingsystemet i sine hender og ikke leverandøren. 124,30 betalt to ganger. Jeg aksepterer ikke dette og vil ta affære mot det.
