La audioguía no es nada intuitiva, no sigue los diferentes sitios que estás visitando. Al final tuvimos que apagarla. Respecto al monasterio sabía que aunque tengas la entrada tienes que hacer cola. Lo que no me parece lógico es que pagues por ver el monasterio, hagas 1,5-2h de cola para entrar, y para ver la iglesia que es gratuita tengas que volver a hacer 1h-1,5h de cola cuando saliendo del claustro tienes la puerta de la iglesia enfrente y ya has pagado y enseñado un ticket. La mayoría de la gente que entraba en el claustro estaba indignada.

Vi ble VELDIG frustrerte (nok en gang! ~ samme opplevelse på Quinta de Regaleira!!!) over at audioguiden ikke ville laste ned!!! Nå har vi betalt ekstra (minst!) 14 euro (mellom de to turene) for INGEN lydtjeneste!!! VI VIL IKKE LENGER BE OM (og betale for! ) AUDIO GUIDER FOR NOEN FREMTIDIGE TURER. Heldigvis fungerte nedlastingen for Penal Palace, men vi fant FLERE unøyaktigheter. I ettertid ville vi ikke ha kjøpt den audioguiden. Vi trodde at vi ville fått mer for pengene ved å gå direkte til severdighetene for å kjøpe billettene våre.

Veldig lang ventetid (nesten 2 timer) til tross for lavsesong. Kort opplevelse i klosteret. Audioguide var bestilt og ble ikke gitt på stedet. Vennligst refunder de overskytende pengene til meg!

Vi rakk ikke å se det høye hjertet. Audioguiden vår viste oss først klosteret og ba oss deretter om å gå tilbake for å se det høye hjertet, noe en sikkerhetsvakt nektet å gjøre. Ubehagelig, og tok seg ikke engang tid til å forstå våre ønsker! Bortsett fra denne personen var resten av teamet hyggelige. Du kunne vært mer spesifikk om det faktum at du ikke kan besøke kirken direkte fra klosteret (noe som er synd) og at du må gå tilbake ut og stå i kø igjen.
