1) Flere forsinkelser på bussholdeplasser for å bli plukket opp;
2) Ingen WiFi i bussen, vi internasjonale besøkende stafett (mesteparten av tiden) på offentlig wifi (og på tjenester som din, et kjøpesenter, et hotell) i dag er dette en forventet funksjon.
3) de fleste av sikkerhetsbeltene fungerte ikke (beltet stucked)
4) flere ørepluggkontakter fungerer ikke eller er defekte (dårlig kontakt) - regelmessig vedlikehold ville være bra. Dette er spesielt ille når bussen er fullsatt og det ikke er plass til å sette seg på et annet sete med fungerende lyd.
5) På landemerkene i byen forventer vi at sjåføren senker farten for å gi kundene mulighet til å ta et godt bilde (hvis de ikke går ut av bussen på det aktuelle stoppet/landemerket) - spesielt når reiselederen (opptak) nevner landemerket.
