Jeg elsket hvor kunnskapsrik guiden var. Det eneste som må forbedres, er håndteringen av folkemengden på bussen. Det var passasjerer som drakk og snakket ganske høyt, noe som til tider gjorde det vanskelig å høre guiden.

Billettøren var veldig hjelpsom, og han hjalp meg da jeg oppdaget at jeg hadde bestilt Budapest-turen i stedet for Wien-turen. Men problemet var at under turen kunne jeg ikke høre live tour lady godt, og lyden min fungerte ikke, så jeg kunne ikke høre noe faktisk ... ingen beskrivelse. Totalt sett var det ok, men det kunne ha vært bedre.
