Billettutstedelsen var veldig bra, og også turen var utmerket med de fleste menneskene veldig vennlige og hjelpsomme. Et problem var på 6th 2.morgen den første bussen din: folket fortalte oss at det nedre dekket på bussen ikke var tilgjengelig på grunn av japansk lov. Så vi skulle sitte på det øverste taket - åpent og vi hadde 4 grader celtigrade temp. Pluss drivende vind - vi ville ha vært frosset. Så vi måtte nekte. Merkelig lov (?) og sjåfør.

Frustrating experience with no response from the management. Customer support was very poor on this issue we had. We were in another country and to get a support from the US was very hard. They couldn't provide a number we can call in Japan, kept saying the tour was from a third party company and they don't have a number to call.
