For en svindel! Jeg vet ikke engang hvor jeg skal begynne. Ikke kast bort pengene dine og bestill denne turen! Båten var helt fullpakket, og selv om det var barn og eldre om bord, bestemte de ansatte seg for å gjøre det til en festbåt. Turen startet kl. 10 om morgenen, og to karer som ville prøve seg som DJ-er spilte så høy musikk at det ikke var mulig å føre en samtale med personen ved siden av deg. De to første øyene var bortkastet tid, da det egentlig ikke var noe å gjøre eller se. Bare den siste øya var verdt en tur, men ta fergen selv og tilbring et par hyggelige timer der. Maten var generell, selv om jeg er vegetarianer og har helserelaterte kostholdskrav, var det ris, toppet med litt kylling, pasta og en salat. Alle fikk bare det samme, uten å stille spørsmål. I tillegg til at hvert bord bare fikk to flasker Coca Cola, selv om halvparten av bordet vårt ikke drakk det. For alt annet du måtte ønske deg på turen, må du betale. For en sløsing med penger og tid!

The "English-speaking" tour guide was not understandable. The audio was broken or blown, and there were constant technical problems. The food was not good. The desert was stale. I didn't like paying $4.39 USD for a can of Coke. The hustle at the end was disconcerting: making a shipload of patrons walk briskly across a busy highway and then weaving up a narrow car-filled sidewalk for several hundred meters in high heat and humidity. While okay to me as a young person, it was unsafe for older people. And all that to hustle us into "buying" leather goods, etc? Hurrying people away from their tables when they finished lunch. They changed our tablecloth while a table of six was still seated. I get there is a language barrier, but given that this is the tourism industry--couldn't someone have communicated? Instead, I would have paid more for quality; this was inferior throughout. Walking on the islands was enjoyable. The boat ride itself is quite lovely. The photographer was fun.

The overall experience of being able to visit the islands was good. But the food was not good at all.... No one could understand what the English speaking guide was talking

Escape the buzzing streets of Istanbul by taking a tour of the peaceful Prince’s İslands. Hop aboard a private boat and set sail from the ever-serene Golden Horn, onto the first of 2 islands, Heybeliada.

Heybeliada is the second-largest island in Istanbul. Notice narrow beaches, pine forests, and 19th-century villas- but most intriguing of all, no motor vehicles! Finally, visit Büyükada, the biggest of the islands, with plenty of touristic charm. While you’ll spot Ottoman-Victorian mansions here, this island is also crowded with more modern structures today. While on the boat, a delicious luncheon will be served. Munch on chicken Shish kebabs, cold appetizers, rice, and salad while basking in the picturesque scenery of Istanbul’s Princes Islands. Besides the breathtaking views, historical buildings such as Aya Yorgi Church and Monastery, Ayios Dimitrios Church, Hamidiye Mosque, and more will give you an insight into the history of the Ottoman and Byzantium emperors. The ferry will safely return you to Istanbul and an air-conditioned bus will take you back to your hotel.
