For det meste. Tilgangen var tilsynelatende problemfri, men det var flere ting som var litt forvirrende. -De faktiske tidene som billetten var gyldig for gondolen. På nettsiden sto det at returreisen med gondolen var gyldig i tre timer etter oppstigning, mens appen sa 2 timer. Dette gjorde at Jungfraujoch virket forhastet, og vi rakk ikke å se alle de inkluderte attraksjonene. -Instruksjonene for å komme inn i gondolen må inkludere "gå inn gjennom ombordstigningssporet uten reservasjon". -Instruksjonene for tog fra Interlaken var ikke tydelige. Det burde ha vært tydeligere å bare gå om bord på toget til Grindelwald, så vil konduktøren skanne billetten.

- This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. However, it's recommended that wheelchair users opt for the Eiger Express Gondola for guaranteed accommodation.

Note: This ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent. Descent is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.
