Selv om billetten inkluderte en 30-minutters video om stedets historie og en audioguide, fikk vi beskjed da vi kom til kontoret om at det verken fantes noen video eller audioguide. Det hadde vært billigere å bare kjøpe billettene på stedet, for det vi kjøpte ga oss til slutt bare adgang, uten audioguide og forklarende video. Poengsummen på 3 er bare på grunn av stedet, som er utrolig. Men "opplevelsen" som ble solgt, lot virkelig noe igjen å ønske.
