Vi måtte vente i minst 25 minutter i kulden før vi kom inn i museet. Dine instruksjoner om å komme dit 15 minutter tidligere sammen med en forsinkelse for å komme inn i bygningen gjorde oss ganske ukomfortable. Vi trodde også at dette var en privat omvisning, men det endte opp som en del av et lag på 13 personer totalt. Jeg må innrømme at guiden var god, og hun holdt interessen vår oppe gjennom hele turen.Keiko

For de av oss som bruker høreapparat fordi vi er døve, bør de tilby høreapparater som går over øret i stedet for i øret, for når vi tar av oss høreapparatet for å høre guiden, hører vi all støyen fra omgivelsene, som i dette tilfellet var de støyende guidene med skolebarn. Når det gjelder kunsten på Reina Sofia-museet, ville jeg foretrukket anekdoter om maleriene, museet og malerne fremfor guidens personlige tolkning av verkene.Gaston

What's not allowed

- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum, as there are already several dining options available along with specific areas for their consumption. Carrying water is duly justified in the case of pregnant women, guests with special needs, and anyone who may be sick.

- Please note that there is free entry on Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat from 7pm till closing, and Sun from 12:30pm till closing.
- Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone between the age of 14 and 18 who wishes to visit the museum without an adult must show their national ID document.
- Entry is free for guests with a valid ID under 18 years of age, or over 65.
- Entry is free for students between 18 and 25 years and those over 25 years of age pursuing studies in fine arts, conservation and restoration, history, and art history.
- Entry is free for journalists, those with a youth card, legally unemployed guests, and active teaching staff.
- Entry is free for guests with a disability and the person accompanying them with valid proof of resolution of disability.
- Entry is free for families with at least one adult and three children (or two, if one of them has a disability), and
- Members of large families visiting the Museum individually outside the above-mentioned family groups, will only benefit from a 50% reduction in the price of admission.
