Jeg bestilte to voksne, vi hadde to barn, 3 år, som reiste gratis. Vi ventet på Oceanario holdeplass fra kl. 18:00 til 19:15. Jeg sjekket live-appen og tidsplanen gjentatte ganger med forskjellige ankomsttider. Det gikk fra 10 minutter til 3 minutter, og så så jeg en buss kutte ruten noen kvartaler før holdeplassen vår og forsvinne fra live-sporingen. Plutselig ble ankomsttiden endret til "ingen tjeneste". Vi måtte ringe en privat skyssleverandør. Vi tok bussen fordi vi ikke hadde bilseter til barna, slik at de kunne sitte trygt i bilen. Det tok ytterligere 30 minutter og kostet 100 euro. I tillegg til å vente godt over en time på en buss, var personalet uhøflig på de tre turene vi klarte på bussen. Vennligst refunder pengene våre. Karen Kilkenny

The bus tour was fine. But for the aquarium, it was billed as skip the line and it was nothing of the sort. Still had toline up twice as teh paper you guys give still has to be redeemed at the aquarium. Very misleading and I was not happy.

There are no airco inside the busses. Also it would be better if the folder said described in a few sentences what was to be seen at each big stop, and the prices. Home to over 8,000 specimens, you'll see birds, fishes, mammals, and then some.
