Jeg elsket Palau de la Música Catalana, det er et drømmested, en fantastisk bygning. Personalet på vakt var imidlertid ganske uvennlig. Jentene på begge sider av trappen, den som sjekket inn, informerte meg ikke om aktiveringskoden for audioguiden, og hun snakket til meg på engelsk hele tiden mens jeg snakket spansk (inkonsekvenser), og på den annen side, når det gjelder jenta på trappen ved utgangen, gikk jeg for å spørre hvor jeg skulle gå inn på turen, og hun fortalte meg ikke hvor jeg skulle gå, Jeg spurte hvor jeg skulle gå inn, og hun sa "bakerst, bak trappen", jeg havnet i kafeteriaen, mens inngangen faktisk var ved siden av henne, og i stedet for å hjelpe, hindret hun besøket mitt og fikk meg til å gå meg enda mer vill i bygningen. Det viser mangel på empati og, selvfølgelig, lite ønske om å møte publikum og hjelpe folk. Jeg måtte spørre ham igjen, og med et dårlig ansikt visste han ikke engang hva han skulle svare. Velkomsten var fantastisk, men vi hadde forventet en guide i stedet for en audioguide. Vi fikk hjelp til å installere nettstedet deres på en av telefonene våre, men det var ikke lett med to personer, så vi droppet audioguiden og besøkte Palau i vårt eget tempo. Vi hadde foretrukket å ha noen til å guide oss. Når det er sagt, likte vi stedet veldig godt!

Inside Palau de la Música
The concert hall, forming the central part of this structure, is a lavishly decorated vast space flooded with natural light, courtesy of a beautiful skylight. Walk on stage and look out at the seats of the audience from the perspective of the performers.
Lastly, visit the Sala Lluís Millet, named after the founder of the Orfeó Català choir. The giant stained glass windows of the room display the spectacular columns decorating the balcony of the building. Your audio guide will take you through this journey in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, Italian, Korean, German, and Chinese.
