Vi elsket absolutt guiden vår, han var kunnskapsrik om emnene han delte med oss under turen, og en av grunnene til at jeg stirret fantastisk, men det var ikke turen jeg registrerte meg for, som var tilgang til Notre Dame med en guidet tur pluss valgfrie steder. Det vi fikk var de valgfrie stedene som var veldig interessante og som vi virkelig likte, men så endte turen med at vi sto på Notre Dame-plassen uten å få noen historie om katedralen. Annonseringen av denne turen er villedende, noe som fremgår av e-posten din, der navnet på turen er "Notre-Dame-katedralen og valgfri guidet tur til Île de la Cité". Du bør endre navnet på denne turen.

Jeg misforsto beskrivelsen din og trodde dette inkluderte å hoppe over køene for å komme inn i Notre Dame. Det jeg er VELDIG MISFORNØYD med var billettene våre til Louvre. Billettene våre ble ikke innfridd der, og det var et skilt som indikerte at Headout, sammen med flere andre leverandørers billetter ikke ble innfridd. Vi måtte kjøpe inngangsbilletter der !!!

Sainte-Chapelle & Conciergerie
