I beskrivelsen av loungen sto det at det var et lekerom for barn, men da vi kom inn, opplyste de ikke hvor dette var, og da vi spurte, opplyste de at det var stengt på grunn av førstehjelpsopplæring. Vi ville ikke ha bestilt loungen hvis vi var klar over dette - den eneste grunnen til at vi bestilte var på grunn av lekeområdet og for å ta med oss ettåringen vår ut før vi skulle fly!

Mat Luke varm ingen bokser med juice i kjøleskapet stedet var skitne ser skitne bord og altfor opptatt måtte stå i kø for drinker på. Bar bare en komplett sløsing med penger klaget til manageress som ba om unnskyldning, men ikke bra nok
