False advertising. When I booked my ticket and what my app said were the inclusions were not provided. The contact there was unpleasant and unhelpful as was the support team. It said on my ticket that I had included a map, a guidebook, and an audio tour. We got none of that and wasted 30 minutes trying to get help. Plus, the cost was way too much. We paid over 100 euro. Tickets to Pompeii are 18 euro and kids are free. We also had to go stand in line to get our free kid tickets. DO NOT BOOK!! Get tickets at the Pompeii office.Diana
