Guiden ga innsiktsfulle kommentarer om historien, kunsten og kunstnerne mens vi besøkte de ulike galleriene i museet. Hennes kommentarer på engelsk var svært forståelige og lette å høre med de hviskende hodetelefonene som gruppen vår hadde på seg under den 90 minutter lange omvisningen. Guiden vår svarte villig på spørsmål under omvisningen. Ved å være med på omvisningen da museet åpnet kl. 10.00, unngikk vi den lange køen for å komme inn. Det var lett å finne møtestedet for begynnelsen av omvisningen.Peristera

Til tross for at jeg hadde bestilt turen på engelsk, var den faktiske turen på engelsk-spansk. Det var den eneste défaut! Billettreservasjonen var veldig enkel og guiden vår Miguel snill og kunnskapsrik om museet, han ga oss mye nyttig informasjon og gjorde turen veldig interessant. Kunsten Jeg forstår ikke hvorfor vi måtte møte noen for å få utlevert billettene. Hvorfor kunne vi ikke få dem digitalt? Vi betalte for lyd - det var bortkastede penger! Ikke interessant, bare noen få verk i appen, ingen mulighet til å søke etter et spesifikt verk. Totalt utdatert!
A cultural landmark
The Museo del Prado is a site of huge national and global importance. Occupying an 18th-century neoclassical building, the museum is home to over 20,000 works of art. Including 7,500 paintings, 8,000 drawings, 4,800 prints, and 1,000 sculptures and other artworks and historical documents.
Bypass the arduous ticketing queue and, after a brief security check, you are free to roam Prado's galleries. The exhibits on display are spread over 3 levels: basement, first, and second.
Choose your own path
You can explore the museum's galleries for as long as you like. Some of the greats whose works adorn the walls are Francisco Goya, El Greco, Diego Velazquez, Hieronymus Bosch, Peter Paul Rubens, and Titian. Download an app and get a complete overview of Western art and 24 key art pieces.
