Watch this critically acclaimed, limited-run play, based on Rob Madge's life, describing the joyful and chaotic journey and life of a queer child and his relationship with his family, and the events that took place in their lives. My Son's A Queer, (But What Can You Do?) London tickets are available now!
At the age of 12, Rob Madge decided to stage a performance of a Disney Parade. They decided to play a series of characters like Mary Poppins, Belle, Ariel, and Mickey Mouse, and their dad pulled double duty of Stage Manager and Goofy, but not all things went according to plan. Mom thought Aladdin was Ursala, all the costumes went wrong and so did the props- Ariel's bubble gun didn't even work! Although, Grandma did seem to have a good time. Book your My Son's A Queer, (But What Can You Do?) London tickets to watch Rob recreate his life and familial relationships as a queer child and know that this time, no one's going to rain on their parade.
