View from top of Innsbruck. Animals in Alpine zoo were well kept. No noticable stress behaviour, except in few bird species kept in smaller "ecological boxes" cases.

You get down at the Alpine Zoo, which is Europe's highest-elevation zoo. Witness the awe-inspiring view with a view with the Karwendel Nature Park on one side and the capital of the Alps on the other side. This zoo is home to more than 100 animal species. For the animal lovers and those not, this will be an experience of a lifetime.
From the cable car, witness the breathtaking view of the city, wildlife and the ranging mountains all at the same time. Walk up to the summit of Nordkette to experience a view like no other.

Cable cars and Funicular are suitable for wheelchair users, pram/stroller users and pregnant women.

Most paths and exhibits in the Alpine Zoo, especially those close to the entrance, are accessible to wheelchair users but some parts of the zoo area are quite steep.
