The visit was good, there was almost no one so there were no queues for anything, we did not go with a guide. The place is monumental, very good, very big and varied, so big that it becomes saturated.

You have free choice though part you wanted to visit, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Me first time visiting the Invalides was only for the tomb of Napoleon, now I have seen almost everything because it was my turn for the time trial of the Olympics and it was still early. Top experience Merci to everyone for the staff of the Invalides

We had close to four hours to spend in the museum and it wasn't enough time. So much to see; so well done; and the staff was so helpful.

This is a great museum to visit if you enjoy history! Almost every exhibit had infographics in both French and English, which made it easy for us to enjoy! The history covered by the exhibits we visited spanned from the 1500's and on through the 1950's, with so much in between! Highly recommend for history buffs.
