Board your tour bus at the Reykjavik terminal at Skógarhlíð and travel to the famous Solheimajökull Glacier. The tour bus is fitted with touch screens, USB chargers, and audio guides for every seat, making the journey itself an insightful experience. After witnessing the glacier, you will stop at Reynisfjara, a picturesque black-sand beach adorned by basalt caves and basalt columns that resemble petrified trolls.
The bus will then head to Vík, a small town by the beach with quaint houses and a Church, where you can grab some lunch and purchase a few souvenirs. The Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss waterfalls are exquisite sights to behold after lunch. Following a short break at Reykjavik, you will head into the night in pursuit of the hauntingly beautiful Northern Lights.
