This experience is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with psychiatric disorders, binocular vision abnormalities, epilepsy, heart disease, seizure disorders, or other serious illnesses, as well as guests with pacemakers and/or hearing aids.
Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 11 years.
Keep in mind all types of weapons, knives, scissors, alcohol, narcotics, sharp metallic tools or objects are not allowed on this experience.
Smoking, eating, drinking, and bringing animals (except for medical assistance animals) are prohibited.
Phone calls are prohibited inside the Notre-Dame Cathedral.

Accessibility

This experience can be done with separate VR equipment from a wheelchair. Wheelchairs can be rented at the venue.
This venue is not pram/stroller friendly and pets are not allowed.
The Cité de l'Histoire is accessible via a wheelchair from a specific elevator, the Notre-Dame elevator is not.

The Cathedral is primarily a place of reflection. Please speak softly and respect the sacred atmosphere here.
There are no toilets inside the location but you can find public washrooms near the venue.
