Located in Tower 2 of the Etihad Towers complex on West Corniche Road, the main entrance is accessed via the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers lobby. Look for the Observation Deck signage near the hotel’s main reception. The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators leading directly to the high-speed lift that takes you to the 74th floor. Staff are available to assist with directions and accessibility needs.
Regular hours: Open daily from 9:30am to 8:00pm.
Last entry: Final admission is at 7:30pm.
Special hours/closures: The deck remains open year-round, but may close early or adjust hours for private events or during major holidays. It’s always a good idea to check ahead for any special closures, especially during Ramadan or UAE national holidays.
