Combo: Lisbon Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour + Lisbon Oceanarium Skip-the-Line Tickets - Admission Ticket Karen Kilkenny | 2 Adults When: January 22, 2025 Booking ID: 22943937 Dear Yellow Bus,I'm writing to express my sincere disappointment in your services . I booked two adult, we had two children, age 3, that rode for free. We waited at the Oceanario stop from 6:00 pm until 7:15. I checked the live app and the schedule repeatedly with various arrival times. It went from 10 minutes to 3 minutes then I saw a bus cut the route a few blocks before our stop and disappear from the live tracking. All of a sudden the time of arrival turned into "no service". We had to call a private ride service. We took the bus because we did not have car seats for the kids to ride safely in a car. It took an additional 30 minutes and 100 euro. In addition to waiting well over an hour for a bus, your staff was rude on the three rides we did manage on the bus. Please refund our money. Karen Kilkenny

The bus tour was fine. But for the aquarium, it was billed as skip the line and it was nothing of the sort. Still had toline up twice as teh paper you guys give still has to be redeemed at the aquarium. Very misleading and I was not happy.

There are no airco inside the busses. Also it would be better if the folder said described in a few sentences what was to be seen at each big stop, and the prices. Home to over 8,000 specimens, you'll see birds, fishes, mammals, and then some.
