We love sea animals. Everything related to zoo is perfect. Here are the downsides: You can't buy tickets from Oceanarium website for the same day visit. It's simply not possible to choose the same day. I had to go via another website, where you can't buy the tickets for the cable car. The photographers have made photos from me and my family, and we bought the photos for hefty 30eur (ticket for oceanarium is 25eur, and 1 minute work of a rather bad photographer is 30eur), but photos are extremely low quality. Print is bad (colors are unreal), and there's some weird effect to them, we can barely recognise ourselves. And that's a disappointment, it should have been a nice memory. Anyway, we're happy we visitedValery

Beautiful castle. Lines inside were not awful, but we were there by 10:30. Lines to get in as we left about 11:15 were much longer. Enjoyed our visit. Worth the 5 E to take the bus up and down.
The Vibrant Aquarium
Have a day packed with wonders at the largest indoor aquarium in Europe, Oceanário de Lisboa! Feel like you're treading on the ocean bed as the oceanarium is spread across 5,000m³! From exotic fish like the African Butterflyfish to tropical amphibians like the Dusky Salamandar, you'll see them all.
National Palaces
The two palaces sit 4km from each other, and have distinct identities. Pena Palace on the Portuguese Riviera, stands on the top of a hill in the Sintra Mountains above the town of Sintra. The palace and its surrounding gardens have unique aesthetics, representing 19th century Romanticism. The Palace of Sintra is much older, and serves as a present-day historic house museum. Being inhabited for nearly 8 centuries, the palace is filled to the brim with stories and legends of age-old monarchs.
