The Story
Richard Killingworth is a self-made billionaire. It’s his daughter’s wedding day, coinciding with Christmas Eve. The mood is one of jolly celebrations. That is, up until Richard’s ex-wife shows up in the scene. Celebrating along with Richard is Dick, his best friend. Oddly enough, the two friends were brought together in an unfortunate twist of fate. You see, Dick and Richard both share something similar. In this case, their estranged ex-wife, Mavis. Things take an unexpected turn when Mavis shows up unannounced with her new fiance in tow. What then follows is chaos unbridled with hilarity. With a sharp-tongued butler who is also the house manager, a champagne-soaked bridezilla who does not care for etiquette, a snarky step-son, and the exes, this play is pandemonium viewed from the filter of comedy.
