Booking your ticket online is an invaluable time saver. The place is touching and I learned information that I didn't have as a European.View original review in FrenchKerri

Myself and my husband visited the museum on January 4th 2025 and I was speechless. We are from Scotland and had only ever seen what happed on the TV and I was deeply devastated by the tragedy. When I knew I was coming to NYC I knew I was going to visit as all I've wanted to do was pay my respects. However being there feet on the ground seeing it all is something I couldn't possibly have imagined. I felt it all. I was so over whelmed with emotions it was something else. What you guys have done to remember all that was lost that day is just incredible and It must have been so difficult to do I take my hat off to you all. You are my superheros. To build something so amazing out of the darkness is just amazing. I would happily visit againLisa

World Trade Museum was awesome. Sad but worth seeing. Glad we bought tickets ahead. It was sold out for the day. Seeing the tangible piece that were left helps us remember the tragic event of 9-11.Denisa

Visiting One World Observatory was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped into the sleek and modern lobby, we knew we were in for something special. The elevator ride alone is incredible, as you watch the transformation of New York City’s skyline over the centuries in a matter of seconds. Once we reached the top, the 360-degree views were breathtaking — you can see the entire city, including iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, and Brooklyn Bridge. The interactive displays and digital guides really added to the experience, giving us detailed insights into the buildings and neighborhoods we were looking at. There’s also a sense of awe knowing you're at the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, which is a remarkable feat in itself. The staff was friendly and efficient, and though it was busy, the observatory is spacious enough that it never felt crowded. We also enjoyed a snack at the café while soaking in the views, which made for a perfect break before heading back down. If you're in New York, this is an absolute must-do. It's not just about the views — it's about experiencing the heart and soul of the city from above. Highly recommend!Julie

Skip the ticketing lines with these tickets, and soar up more than 100 floors in the SkyPod elevators. Immerse yourself in the sky-high views and experience how small massive structures like the Empire State Building look. Once you've had your fill of the views, visit the See Forever® Theater for an audiovisual experience of the NYC skyline, or the City Pulse, where local New Yorkers will share information about the city.
9/11 Memorial and Museum
The 9/11 memorial and museum serves as a reminder of one of the most painful days in human history. Visit the Ground Zero Twin Pools that were constructed where the original Twin Towers used to exist.
