The tour guide Wojcinch (Discover Cracow) that you booked for us was so entertaining. First contacted us in WhatsApp the day before asking for any questions. During the tour he had us laughing about some of the exhibits, but was sensitive about others. Schindler's factory exhibits came alive.

It wasnt obvious what to do at the venue. I tried to enter 3 times but was told to wait outside. I saw tour guides but didnt realise I had to ask a tour guide to give me a paper ticket at the time a tour is due to start. Even with the paper ticket, security at the venue sent me outside again. I wasted about 20 mins trying to get in and it would have been much quicker, easier and cheaper to get a ticket at the venue. I asked someone outside what I needed to do and she happened to be the guide I needed. She was helpful and friendly.

What made the difference and made this experience better than others was: the human guide. The museum was not what I expected as instead of a "factory" it's a collection of images and stories, but the guide was very good in helping us make sense of what we were seeing and teaching us a nice history lesson.

An informative and brilliant couple of hours. Our guide was superb and really brought the story of Krakow in the second world war to life. It was a hard listen with what went on but he was very humble and respectful with the facts. Highly recommended.

Nobody likes a crowd. A single group has a maximum of 25 people.
Please note this is a group tour with a strictly defined schedule, please, don't be late.

Vistula River Sightseeing Cruise

Depending on the group size, you will board a ship for 12 people or 90 people.
Restrooms are not available for the 12-people boat. Guests can use the bathroom at the restaurant by the pier before boarding.
Please ensure to wear weather-appropriate clothing.
Please note that audio guides are available only on the evening cruise.
