Superb tour, amazing guide who took the time to explain everything at our pace. The museum staff and the guide went the extra mile for my disabled father, who has mobility problems. The guide policed the group appropriately, as non paying guests of the museum decided they would 'loiter' and try and get a free English speaking tour guide! Really impressed 👏 👌

Firstly booking was so easy , updates re the tour and tour guide plus times , meeting point etc , was exceptional . Our guide was fab , thouroughly informative book shop and caffe lovely and reasonably priced would certainly give our guide 10/10 .our lovely guide below xx

It was ok the guide was quite good, but the whole thing was a bit rushed and very busy inside. Conflicting feelings about the guided tour, on one hand was good to get a guide explaining some of the exhibits but felt like we skipped most the stuff in the museum. There was whole rooms with stuff that we walked past and didnt enter, no time to read all the info, but spent 10 minutes looking at a blank map in Schindlers office.

Oskar Schindler’s Factory – A Fascinating but Unexpected Experience Visiting Schindler’s Factory was an eye-opening and deeply moving experience. Our guide was brilliant—informative, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, bringing history to life in a powerful way. However, it’s worth noting that the museum focuses more on the broader history of Nazi-occupied Krakow and the Jewish ghetto rather than Schindler himself or the factory’s operations. While this was absolutely fascinating and well presented, it wasn’t quite what we had expected. If you’re hoping for an in-depth look at Schindler’s life and the factory’s role, you might find this aspect a little underwhelming. That said, it’s still a must-visit for anyone interested in Krakow’s WWII history—just go in with the right expectations.

Tour was great, guide was excellent and informative. Would have been better to be in a smaller group and also have more time to read the material as it was very fast paced moving around. But still think we got a lot more from the tour having a guide than doing it independently
