Our guide Kaiser was excellent as he led us through the Ruakuri cave system which was stellar and I would recommend the tour through these absolutely amazing caves. Well worth the money.

We were on the very last tour of 2024. The tour was amazing. This place is great! The caves as well the boat ride to see the glowworms was an incredible experience. Highly recommended. The ticketing process was very easy.

I love that the Aranui cave is a bit more intimate, and you can get up close to the fantastic stalactites and stalagmites. Mere our guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
