Access with the ticket was smooth and organized. The parliament is beautiful and the explanations were excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The building was magnificent and it was so interesting to hear of it's history. However, we arrived nearly 40 minutes early and found it extremely difficult to find the right gate to enter. We couldn't find any clear signage. Other travellers might have similar challenges.

Clearer information about where to meet the guide There were a large number of people on the tour which delayed the start due to ticket issues The information from the guide was interesting and informative

Everything went according to plan: a meeting with someone from the agency who drove the group to the entrance of the Palace of Parliament. This enabled us to take the tour even though we hadn't been able to get tickets without this intermediary.

I expected to learn a lot about the whole Chaushesku-era, but the tour was mainly about what kind of art was at the wall and what kind of wood was used. Not bad, but not what I hoped for.

Please note: A passport or valid ID card is necessary to enter the Palace of Parliament. Driver's license is NOT accepted regardless of the country coming from. If you do not have one of the two mentioned documents, your tour will be automatically canceled.
Photography is allowed (no flash and tripods).
Arrive 30 minutes before the starting time at the office on Bulevardul Natiunile Unite nr 4.
Only in the company of a host or a tour guide can you enter the venue. Individuals are not allowed to enter the venue on their own.
Note that there are going to be two different security checks.
