It was much easier getting tickets into Galleria Barberini than the Bhorgese Gallery since 50 artworks have been moved from Bhorgese to Barberini. Very easy getting tickets online and you just show up at the Barberini venue. The paintings were amazing and so gorgeous which were set in an amazing palazzo. Bonus - Very nice bistro cafe upstairs at the gallery in the Barbetini palazzo gardens, so pretty and serene. Cafe was lovely and spacious at the lovely garden.

The Basilica is fantastic and is a must see for visitors to Rome. The basilica is a work of art containing many other works of art, sculptures, paintings, mosaics. It makes you wonder at the time and resources invested in its construction and decoration. The guided tour was very good, I appreciated the comments and explanations given by the guide she spoke clearly and was open to questions.

Interesting exhibition, unfortunately impaired by some construction work. Admission with the skip the line ticket was no problem!

We really enjoyed the gallery, but we came to see the Klimt painting and it was out on loan. We were all so disappointed

Palazzo Barberini

Fall in love with the combination of art and history with your visit to the Palazzo Barberini, a 17th-century palace home to Renaissance highlights from Raphael, Titian, and more. Admire the impressive frescoed ceiling designed by Italian painter/architect Pietro da Cortona, a famous example of the Baroque style. See the crucifixes and works by regional painters of legendary popes and cardinals. Key paintings you will get to see include Raphael's portrait La Fornarina, Caravaggio's Judith Beheading Holofernes, Filippo Lippi’s The Annunciation and a Hans Holbein portrait of Henry VIII.

Skip ticketing queues and head right into the museum, where nearly 20,000 works of art will surround you. Paintings, drawings, sculptures, and installations are bound to stun you. Find different art movements exhibited here, like Neoclassicism, Impressionism, Divisionism, historical Avant-gardes, Futurism, Surrealism, Cubism, Dadaism, and more. Works of artists like Paul Cezanne, Claude Monet and Vincent van Gogh (from the 19th century) are exhibited on the ground floor, whereas the top floor is devoted to the works of 20th century artists, like Antonio Canova, Giuseppe Capogrossi, Joseph Kosuth, and more.
