The quantity and quality of the works of art is very high, and even their lighting is, in general, adequate, but I find the cost of a visit in which, notwithstanding the reservation, one has to stand in line for 40 minutes to (not) see Botticelli's Venus excessive.

Hello, although it wasn't a busy month in February, we appreciated this booking. All the explanations given by Headout were clear and precise. There was no difficulty in finding the ticket collection point, all we had to do was follow their directions. I recommend it to avoid queuing in high season.

I had some difficulty finding the right ticket office to exchange our reservation numbers for admission tickets, as gate 3 was not easy to locate. But afterwards everything went very smoothly, the welcome was excellent, courteous and efficient, the visit to this magnificent museum is a pure delight and I'm very lucky to have been able to benefit from tickets reserved the day before the visit, which took place on a Sunday.
