Important Information

• The Opera concert room may be closed for artistic or technical reasons.
• The Opera Garnier is open between 10 AM and 5 PM with last entry at 4 PM. When there is a theatre show in the afternoon, however, the opening times change to 10 AM to 1 PM.
• Your bus tour can begin from any of the stops along either route. It is valid for 1 or 2 days, depending on the option you selected at checkout.

The Big Bus Routes

The Red Route

Sites covered
This route focuses on the Parisian monuments in the city centre. This includes the Louvre, the Invalides, the Champs Elysées, Notre-Dame de Paris, and the Eiffel Tower.
Timings

• Buses on the red route run every 5 minutes in the summer, and every 15 minutes in the winter.
  
• First departure is at 9:15 AM from the Big Bus Agency (at 11 avenue de l'Opéra, Stop number 4).
  
• Last departure is at 4:30 PM from the Louvre-Pont des arts, stop number 5.
  
• This route ends at 6:30 PM at the Big Bus Agency (at 11 avenue de l'Opéra, Stop number 4).
  
• The full tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes.
  

The Blue Route

Sites Covered
This route focuses on the Bohemian district of Montmartre, and passes through the Parisian cabaret, Moulin Rouge, and goes to the top of the hill. Visit the Sacré Cœur basilica, wander through the lovely streets of Montmartre, and discover la place du Tertre with its intriguing portrait painters and cartoonists.
Timings

• Buses on the red route run every 30 minutes.
  
• First departure is at 9 AM from the Gare du Nord (stop no. 11).
  
• Last departure is at 5:30 PM from the Louvre-Pyramide (stop no. 4)
  
• This route ends at 7:05 PM at the Gare du Nord (stop no. 11).
  
• The full tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Cruise Timings

• Choose any departure time from 10 AM to 10:30 PM.
• From April to September, cruises depart approximately every 30 minutes.
• From October to March, cruises depart every hour.
• There are no departures at 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
• On July 14th, the last departure is at 2 PM.
• On December 24th, the last departure is at 5 PM
• On December 31st, the last departure is at 9:30 PM.

Reduced Price Tickets

Children's tickets (aged 3-12) can be bought at a discounted rate.

• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at each redemption point.
• If you have purchased reduced price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid Student IDs.
• Kindly ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time of your tour to avoid any delays.

Opera Garnier

• You are required to redeem your tickets to Opera Garnier before heading to the attraction at Big Bus Tours Information Centre located at 11 Avenue de l'Opéra.
  
• To get the exact location on Google Maps, type in ‘11 Avenue de l'Opéra’.
  Getting There
  
• Board Metro 7 or 14 and get off at the Pyramides Metro Station. This is a 2-minute walk from the ticket redemption centre.
  
• Board Bus 21, 27, or 95 and get off at Pyramides bus stop. This is a 3-minute walk from the ticket redemption centre.
  Big Bus Tours
  There is no ticket redemption point for the Big Bus Tour. Show your mobile vouchers at any of the bus stops at either the blue or red routes.
  Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Sightseeing Cruise
  Boarding Point
  
• Boarding Point is - Bateaux Parisiens Port
  
• Head directly to the boarding point, located at at the Bateaux Parisiens Port, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
  
• To easily locate your boarding point on Google Maps, type 'Bateaux Parisiens Port'.
  Getting There
  
• The closest metro stations are Trocadéro, Bir-Hakeim and École Militaire. All are within a 10-15 minutes’ walk of the port.
  
• If traveling by car, Quai Branly parking lot is located just 300 meters away.

Validity

• Opera Garnier: Valid for the date and time selected at checkout.
• Big Bus Day Tour: Since the time of redemption, either 24 hours or 48 hours, depending on the option selected at checkout.
• Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Sightseeing Cruise: 6 months
